What counts as an active project?
An active project is any project that is not archived. You can archive completed projects at any time, and they won't count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you downgrade, your existing projects will remain but you'll need to archive some to create new ones if you're over the free limit.
What file types can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, common image formats (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM). Images and PDFs are capped at 10MB per file; videos at 50MB. We don't support heavy CAD files directly, but you can link to your CAD documents in Onshape or cloud storage.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted and stored securely. Private projects are only accessible to you unless you explicitly enable public sharing.
