These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpecZero. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not use the service if doing so violates applicable laws.
2. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Access the service in unauthorized ways or bypass security controls.
- Use the service to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Interfere with system integrity, performance, or other users.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform beyond permitted law.
3. Plans, Billing, and Payments
SpecZero offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions and renewals are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize applicable recurring charges until cancellation. Prices may change with advance notice.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant SpecZero a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.
5. AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them in design, purchasing, safety, or compliance decisions.
6. Public Sharing
If you enable public project sharing, anyone with the share link may access the shared view. You are responsible for ensuring no sensitive information is exposed through shared content.
7. Intellectual Property
SpecZero and its software, branding, and content (excluding user content) are owned by SpecZero and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecZero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
